Customs

Do take note:

It might be necessary to clear customs to receive items for delivery outside of China.
On imported packages with a value above a specific threshold, some countries impose a duty or tax. You might be requested to pay a duty fee to receive your order if it is larger than this amount.

Before making a purchase, please get in touch with your local Customs office to learn more about the fees that will apply and to have a better understanding of the threshold there.

Attention: The import obligations imposed by the government of the destination country are not covered by Kingdom By Queenie. Any potential customs delays, tariffs, or taxes are not Kingdom by Queenie's responsibility.  Since they differ greatly depending on the country and the order value, Kingdom By Queenie has no control over these costs and is unable to predict what they will cost.   Notifying customers that their item(s) are pending the payment of customs duties and taxes is not Kingdom By Queenie's responsibility. Taxes and duties cannot be refunded.

If you refuse to pay these fees, your package can be destroyed, and you won't be able to receive a replacement or a refund.
