• Please be exceptionally patient on sale days & launch days as we will be handling with high volume orders. Thank you for your understanding.
• Purchased orders done by Mon-Thurs 12pm SGT will be sent out on the same week.
• Purchased orders done after Thurs 12pm SGT-Sun will be sent out on the following week.

• Do understand that we are running as fast as we can to deliver all items on time but occasionally there might be hold backs. This can happen due to some cause as well as logistics, poor weather forecast and courier hold backs.
• If there’s an hold back in your order, do understand that we will keep you in the loop to the greater extend.

• Packages that are deliveried outside of Singapore might have to be cleared by customs.
• A few countries demand a duty or tax on imported packages over some value. If your package surpass this quantity, you may need to pay a duty cost to retrieve your package.
