Refund policy


We allow a one-time exchange for per receipt directly from our website.


Steps for exchange:

1) Send us the following info by email to info@kingdombyqueenie.com:

  • Email address entered during order placement
  • Order number
  • Size and colour of the product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Size and colour of the replacement item(s)

2) Use a tracked delivery method, such as registered mail, to send us your return item(s). Please write your order number on the exterior of the package to speed up the procedure. Any lost packages will not be the responsibility of ours.

3) We'll get in touch with you after we receive your returned item(s). This includes accepting and returning your returned item if it does not match our requirements for exchange, initiating a new order on your behalf for your replacement item(s), or both.

Any returns that do not adhere to the terms of our exchange policy are subject to rejection. Before continuing, please read the full list of terms below.

 

Conditions for exchange:

  • Within 14 days of delivery, merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • All stains, including those from deodorant and makeup, as well as pet fur, will automatically result in the rejection of returned items.
  • Items that are on sale, clearance, pre-order, or backorder cannot be exchanged.
  • A top-up in the price difference is needed if you want to exchange for higher value item(s). Any reductions or coupons will not be applied to the top-up; it will be based solely on the original pricing.
  • If you decide to swap your purchased item for a product of lower value, there will be no refunds for the price difference.
  • Returns and exchanges for goods purchased from third parties are not accepted. Please get in touch with the shop or website where you initially purchased your item(s).
